The room as installed when built was truly dreadful, plaster-boarded walls, no barriers so moisture was easily transferred, a lot of wasted space due to boxed sections covering simple pipes.

The project was not cheap due to the quality products used but it will last for a long time and it is bullet proof against leaks.

A very good result and much better use of the space.
