BRILLIANT WORK
I had a good feeling about Roy from the first time I spoke to him on the phone and he has proved to be the best, most reliable, polite, skilled, friendly, conscientious person to have workedon our house in nearly 40 years.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work Roy did in our utility room. There was a lot of structural work which needed to be done and this was carried out to the highest standards, including replacing and insulating ceilings and walls. We knew what sort of tiles we wanted on the floor and then Roy guided us through the best choice of units, sink and granite worktops to suit our space and appliances. No problem was overlooked, hidden, or defeated Roy, and I know he put in many more hours work to ensure everything was done to his high standards. His attention to detail is second to none.
The result is stunning.

GREAT HANDYMAN!
I've used Roy now for lots of little jobs around the house. He is always excellent and really tries to fit us in as quickly as possible! So far he has redone our downstairs bathroom, fixedour fenceposts, and fixed a leaking pipe.
Would 100% recommend for all the jobs like this!

ROY THE MIRACLE WORKER
Roy worked miracles in an 1840s constructed house and it must have been an absolute nightmare for him without doubt. The existing kitchen needed a makeover and his attention to detail was outstanding. I was expertly guided through the best choices, colour combinations, worktops, tiles and appliances. The result is a modern and efficient kitchen which is a pleasure to be in.
Roy is a craftsman and expert with pride in what he does, absolutely reliable and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

Roy and Dow have just completed renovating our en-suite bathroom and it has been transformed! They have been so helpful and the bathroom is finished to an excellent standard. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I would just like to thank Roy and Dow for the fabulous transformation of my kitchen. My old gloss wrap kitchen was peeling everywhere. It now feels like a brand new kitchen. Beyond thrilled. Roy comes to the rescue again! This time, our shower pump died after many years of service. Roy offered us a choice of pumps, he promptly installed a pump and pipework to his usual excellent standard. Throughout the years (around 12 I think!) Roy has installed 2 bathrooms, fixed a kitchen cupboard, replaced taps, toilet seats and many more. He is meticulous, always tidies up after him and never overcharges. Him & Dow are like part of the family now, we just leave them a key and let them crack on.

AMAZING TRANSFORMATION
Having recently transformed our entire downstairs living space, which included a new fitted open plan kitchen, dining room and extension. All new flooring, ceilings with LED lighting and new internal doors throughout were installed with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Roy even repaired our leaking upstairs shower through others poor workmanship. We were so impressed by the quality of their work, right from concept ideas, through to design and implementation it is outstanding. They go 'above & beyond' and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We will certainly be looking to have more work done with them in the future. Well done Roy and Dow and thank you so much for the amazing transformation and all your hard work.
