NEW KITCHEN What can we say? Roy has completely transformed our kitchen. His work was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He obviously takes a real pride and pleasure in the work he does.His advice was invaluable. We had an image of what we wanted our kitchen to look like. After talking it through with Roy, amending things following his advice, we ended up with something even better than we originally envisaged. Roy was such an honest and lovely man. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We can not thank him enough for all his hard work. ( We have already booked him to do more work in the future.

Rogiet Property Services has done a few jobs on my let house in Undy, Gwent, where other traders' work has been substandard. This includes an en-suite shower, which leaked after one year. Roy's work has proved to be of a better standard.

Roy was very polite and helpful. Unable to "shop around" due to Covid restrictions Roy obtained a number of sample tiles for me to choose from at home. His work was thorough,clean and tidy and I am very happy with the finished result. I would have no hesitation recommending him for others. I'm already planning for him to do another job for me!

As usual it was Roy to the rescue.
Bath taps didn’t mix and there was no shower
Existing bath taps removed and new mixer tap installed plus shower unit and shower screen .
Everything left clean and shining
I am really happy with the work carried.

Another Job completed for us by Rogiet Property Services. Our bathroom was a total refit, and the finished result is exactly how we had dreamed it would be, we are very pleased with our ‘dream’ bathroom and the attention to detail during installation was excellent.
We are planning our next ‘job’ for Roy to install for us. Would recommend the company as a tradesperson you can trust.

Roy carried out several pieces of work for us including constructing a series of cupboards built to specific requirements along one long wall.
The work carried out for us was to a very high standard.
